Using this site

By continuing to use this site you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to make a purchase.

Fair use

Please do not use this site unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (for example malware, probing or scraping).

Digital products

Buying a download gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and print it for your own use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files. All writing, designs and branding on this site remain my property.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also my Refund Policy.

Availability

I do my best to keep the site and downloads available, but I cannot guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension

I may suspend or end access to downloads for serious breaches of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risks, or repeated misuse.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability is limited to what you paid me in the previous 12 months, and I am not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
